Our passive exercise program leaves you feeling energetic, not tired and breathless and will take only a minimum of your time.
Here’s How They Work . . .
The program consists of six tabletop machines that do all the movement for you. These unique machines are designed to isolate and exercise individual muscle group areas. You get 500 to 800 repetitions on four of the six machines. This does no mean that this is an easy way to exercise. Through the various levels of aided repetition and resistance, the machines help you maintain or increase your lean mass and reduce fat and excess fluids, while improving total body conditioning.
It not only tones and firms, but promotes flexibility, improves posture and circulation, and provides the physical and mental benefits of a regular exercise program without the problems and injuries associated with highly vigorous programs.
