Filed fictitious name “H.A.L.L.O., Inc.” July 1986
Filed as a nonprofit, non-private corporation with the federal government, May 1987
Fund-raisers are held in accordance with Section
501(C)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code, to allow
H.A.L.L.O. to;

• remain operational
• to purchase special equipment for rehab
• to maintain the building and property
• to continue to offer programs and opportunities
• to our members

Auxiliary formed 1991 - open to men and women of the community willing to help with committees and fundraising projects

Member of the Sebring Chamber of Commerce since October 1992

Registered with Florida Department of Agriculture and Consumer Services; meeting all requirements of Chapter 496, F.S., Solicitation of Contributions Act
